Data & Account Deletion

Nubod Edtech Private Limited ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Nubod / ParikshaFlow mobile application. You have the right to delete your account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to do so.

1. How to Delete Your Account

To request deletion of your account and all associated personal data:

• From the app: Open ParikshaFlow → go to Profile/Settings → look for "Delete Account" or "Account" and follow the in-app deletion flow.
• By email: Send a request to support@nubod.in from the email address linked to your account. Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and we will process your request.

2. What We Delete

When you delete your account, we remove:

• Your account profile (name, email, phone)
• Authentication and login data
• Usage and activity data linked to your account
• Images and content you uploaded (e.g. for AI grading)
• Other personal data we hold in connection with your use of the app

We may retain anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you, and any data we are required to keep for legal or regulatory purposes.

3. How Long It Takes

We aim to complete account and data deletion within 30 days of your request. You will receive a confirmation once the process is complete.

4. Third-Party Data

Our app uses services such as Google (Firebase, Play Services) and Razorpay. Deletion from our systems will remove data we control; some data may still be held by these providers according to their policies. You can manage or delete data with them through their respective privacy and account settings.
