1.3 Camera and Images

Our App requests access to your device's camera and photo gallery. This access is strictly used to allow you to upload images of your handwritten notes or question papers for processing by our AI grading system (QuestFlow). These images are processed securely and are not used for any other purpose.

We use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. The services we use include:

• Google Play Services
• Firebase (Google): Used for authentication, analytics, database storage, and push notifications.
• Google Cloud Vision AI: Used to extract text from images you upload.
• Razorpay: Used for processing secure payments. We do not store your complete banking details on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data for various purposes:

• To provide and maintain the App.
• To notify you about changes to our App.
• To allow you to participate in interactive features (e.g., AI Grading).
• To provide customer care and support.
• To monitor the usage of the App and detect technical issues.

The security of your data is important to us. We use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, including encryption in transit and at rest via Google Cloud functionality. However, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children") without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.
